| "The Turkey Club Society is a volunteer group dedicated to raising funds to support charitable organizations in the Halifax Regional Municipality, so that families which are less fortunate are able to enjoy a Christmas dinner and a brighter holiday season." Our funding is funneled through other registered charities, who assist the needy in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Sackville during the Christmas season. The Society attempts to keep its operating expenses below 7% of gross revenues, it has no employees and has limited office expenses because of our very generous supporters and volunteers.
